- Free ERA (Emergency Roadside Assistance) services with coverage valid within the Jabodetabek area (terms and conditions apply).
(*) ERA service coverage is limited to the Jabodetabek area and a maximum distance of 30 KM calculated from the incident location to the nearest authorized dealer. Beyond this distance, additional costs will apply and will be the responsibility of the customer (additional costs will be informed and confirmed beforehand). - MOC (Mazda Owners’ Club) membership card that provides exclusive offers for programs organized by EMI. Benefits will gradually expand over time.
Additional information regarding free periodic maintenance for 3 years / 60,000 KM (whichever comes first):
- Customers must adhere to the vehicle’s periodic maintenance schedule at authorized Mazda dealers every 6 months / 10,000 KM (whichever comes first) to ensure:
a. Safety and comfort while driving at all times.
b. The program benefits remain valid and can be enjoyed. - The service booklet must be brought and handed over to an authorized Mazda dealer every time periodic maintenance is performed.
- If, during periodic maintenance, it is determined that additional parts replacement is needed, which is not included in the list above and is not covered under the warranty, the dealer will inform the customer accordingly. This will include providing an offer for the replacement of the required parts at the applicable prices at that time.

To ensure you receive optimal service, please always prepare your personal and vehicle documents (STNK) for any communication with the Mazda Contact Center or ERA (Emergency Roadside Assistance).
